If you are completely dissatisfied/disappointed with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information pertaining to our return Policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item please email customer service on mail to : firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item safely in its original (Undamaged) packaging, and mail your return to Courier Guy services.
Please note you will be liable for return shipping charges. The shipping charges pertain to the item you are shipping to Estollo PTY LTD and the item we will then be shipping to you, In the case of exchanges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail the return. If you cannot we can organize our reliable service of Courier Guy to handle this process for you.
In the case of refunds, we will only refund the item bought from Estollo and not the courier fee, due to the courier and Estollo being separate entities.
After receiving your return item and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on credit/debit card statement, depending on your credit/debit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
